Ms. Jessalyn holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. After substitute teaching at JCS Mountain Oaks for the past three years and helping her 3 children through the Mountain Oaks program, she is well equipped and excited to aid scholars in growing and reaching their full potential.
Ms. Jessalyn enjoys working with scholars one-on-one and in small groups to support individual learning needs. She seeks to recognize each student’s unique strengths and believes that every child she works with is “someone else’s whole world.” As a result, she treats each student with kindness, patience, and dignity, knowing that school experiences can have a profound impact on a child’s confidence and growth.
In her free time, Ms. Jessalyn enjoys reading, exercising, learning and spending time with her family creating memories.
